Memories In Slumber Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis
Rhyme Scheme: ABABCCDEDEFGFG| Your azure eyes stare my way | A |
| But your mind wanders and is adrift | B |
| Your graceful smile and your cat like sway | A |
| Through the listless crowd you stir so swift | B |
| My senses misguide me or so i think | C |
| Your simplicity had me in half a blink | C |
| But in the other half i got to see | D |
| That my mind stutters when you are the essence | E |
| So Walk i walked and walked with glee | D |
| But my core and my usher suffer no confluence | E |
| Cos if to love is to lose and to gain ourselves | F |
| Then i am master and slave of my own making | G |
| On these leaves of memories now turned shelves | F |
| My once met love lay heavily slumbering | G |
