Everyone comes and goes
Who can stay for me?
I’m so lost and alone
But it seems no one cares
I’m trampled on
Who can rescue me?
Slowly I’m fading away
But where are you now?
I can’t move
I’m stuck in the same cycle
Generations comes and goes
But no one notices me.
I’m so visible
But yet I’m invisible
Hey you I’m talking to you!
Guess what?
Another just passed again.
I’m so cold
But no one offered a blanket
Now I know why everyone runs away
My frosty nature pushes them away
I wasn’t always stone cold
Loneliness became my friend
Now my walls are so high
Who can defrost me?
A Lost Soul

Poet's note: This is a story about a lady who has bad luck in love...she gradually became scared and withdrawn because she believes no one can care or love her enough...this poem means a lot to me and it’s dedicated to my friend and I hope she gets over it.
