The world is an unfair place
Why was I brought to it
Was it to be rubbed on my face?
The joy’s of others?
Who’s out there to hear me?
This struggle is too much
Indeed life you’re so cruel.
What can a peasant like me do
When I’m found worthy of thy punishment?
I could only pray
for a savior to relief the punishment.
Come forth to my rescue
Oh my savior
But what price am I to pay?
Surely nothing is free right?
Yet again I seem to forget
That I’m not redeemable
Nature chooses this punishment
Still I beg for redemption
Hopefully it’s not too late for me.

Poet's note: It portrays the struggle one passes through on a daily basis hoping for a savior to suddenly turn his destiny around..this poem is dedicated to everyone struggling and its an encouragement not to give up..I want people to look at the reality in this poem because most people wants to give up in life due to circumstances thinking that there’s no remedy for their future.
