An Argument Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAB CDEF

I've oft been told by learned friarsA
That wishing and the crime are oneB
And Heaven punishes desiresA
As much as if the deed were doneB
-
If wishing damns us you and IC
Are damned to all our heart's contentD
Come then at least we may enjoyE
Some pleasure for our punishmentF
