| I waited nine months for these showers to pour | B |
| But I feel warm in those gentle arms of yours | C |

| Thunder strikers like my heart beat does too | D |
| The wind blows as I fall asleep next to you | D |
| In a few days time the sun shines again | E |
| Flowers blossom despite the heavy rain | F |

| So does our love of autum leaves | G |
| Watching them fall from the trees | H |
| Reminds me of how I fell for you | D |
| I know you think Im crazy but this is true | D |

| I picture us saying I do on a sunny spring | I |
| Loving you more than my diamond ring | I |
| Than hold you tight in the come of fall | J |
| Well this is just my silly imagination after all | J |
