In their ruins the spirits rose | N |
Home at last free at last they chanted | O |
But under their throne the vipers spurred | P |
Their venomous fangs hidden in white gums | Q |
Without a fight they wouldn t leave | R |

A century ago kings they drove | S |
From their shrines dethroned | T |
Herds of their wealth they stole | U |
Their land they grabbed for free | F |
Now the leopard has to be dragged | V |

How easy does human kind forget | X |
The whip and the lash s cut | Y |
Easy it is to wipe off the tears of one jilted | O |
Who knows the pain of the child orphaned | Z |
Isn t it the soil that knows the sickness of baby mice | A2 |
