He said he loved me deeply,
I believed him happily.
I gave him my whole,
Even gifted him my soul.
Soon,I realised I was not important in his life,
He had children and a wife.
I took control of my sorrow and wrath,
I decided to change the path.
It took me time to come to grips,
Now I have good night's sleep,
Tears I do not weep.
