Treat 'em Rough Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEDE EFEGHIH JKAKLMLM NGNGOPOP

First time I dared proposeA
A callow lad was IB
I donned my Sunday clothesC
I wore my Old School TieB
Awaiting me LouiseD
Was dolled to beat the bandE
So going on my kneesD
I begged her handE
-
Oh yes she gave me her handE
A box upon the earF
I could not understandE
I blinked away a tearG
Then scornfully she saidH
'Next time you kneel beforeI
A maid young man don't spreadH
Your hankey on the floor '-
-
So next time I proposedJ
Thinks I I'll treat 'em roughK
Her name was Lily RoseA
I gave her he man stuffK
I yanked her on my kneeL
And as her ear I bitM
To my amazement sheL
Seemed to like itM
-
The old cave men knew bestN
Grab girlies by the hairG
And though they may protestN
Drag them into your lairG
So young men seeking matesO
Take my tip if rejectedP
A modern maid just hatesO
To be respectedP
