Tim Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDED FGHGIJIJ KGKGLILI

My brother Tim has children tenA
While I have noneB
Maybe that's why he's toiling whenA
To ease I've wonB
But though I would some of his broodC
Give hearth and careD
I know that not a one he wouldE
Have heart to spareD
-
'Tis children that have kept him poorF
He's clad them neatG
They've never wanted I am sureH
For bite to eatG
And though their future may be dimI
They laugh a lotJ
Am I tearful for Brother TimI
Oh no I'm notJ
-
I know he goes to work each dayK
With flagging feetG
'Tis hard even with decent payK
To make ends meetG
But when my sterile home I seeL
So smugly primI
Although my banker bows to meL
I envy TimI
