My Vineyard Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCD EEAAFF GGAAHH IIJJKK KKLLGG

To me at night the stars are vocalA
They say 'Your planet's oh so localA
A speck of dust in heaven's ceilingB
Your faith divine a foolish feelingB
What odds if you are chaos hurledC
Yours is a silly little world 'D
-
For their derision haply trueE
I hate the stars as wouldn't youE
But whether earth be great or littleA
I do not care a fishwife's spittleA
I do not fret its where or whyF
Today's a day and I am IF
-
Serene afar from woe and worryG
I tend my vines and do not hurryG
I buss the lass and tip the bottleA
Fill up the glass and rinse my throttleA
Tomorrow though the earth should perishH
The lust of life today I cherishH
-
Ah no the stars I will not curseI
Though things are bad they might be worseI
So when vast constellations shineJ
I drink to them in ruby wineJ
For they themselves although it odd isK
Somehow give me a sense that God isK
-
Because we trust and realiseK
His love he steers us in the skiesK
For faith however foolish canL
Be mighty helpful to a manL
And as I tend my vines so HeG
With tenderness looks after meG
