| He lapped it swiftly down and ran | H |
| With bruin glee | I |

| Of mustard and tobasco sauce | J |
| And ginger too | K |
| Well spiced with pepper of cayenne | L |
| Topped it with treacled mush and then | L |

| I saw him shamble to the trap | M |
| The dawn was dim | N |
| He squatted down on his behind | O |
