| I'd like to scram get clean away | A |
| And never nevermore come back | B |
| With heart of hope I long to go | C |

| And there get drunk with joy to know | C |
| No one on earth is over me | D |

| No Stars and Stripes nor Union Jack | B |
| Nor tri colour nor crimson rag | G |
| Shall claim my love I'll turn my back | B |

| My banner shall be stainless white | H |
| An emblem of the Golden Rule | I |
| Yet for its freedom I will fight | H |
| And die like any other fool | I |
