Madness, madness!!
Why can I shake the sadness?
To many choices
Too many voices
Which one to pick?
Which one should stick?
The enemy masquerades as an angel of light,
How do i evenĀ begin to conceive what is right?
This is a fight!
This is a fight!
Please help me LORD to do what is right.
The LORD is my shepherd i shall not want
But that is exactly what I want,
To be lead by the Spirit
To be totally committed
To the One who gave it all for me
How then do I begin to see?
I can only offer my life to thee,
And pray to You who hears indeed.
Lead my life oh LORD
give me your Spirit and your sword
To fight the good fight
And win this battle
Only by your might.

Sonja Fourie: Excellent descriptive poem Reinhardt. You so accurately describe our daily battle between good and evil...the spirit and the flesh. Well done!
