Let's sit on broken bricks
of dreams we failed to mould
to bid them the sweetest farewell
while we mud-puddle in pools of rue.
Let's talk about broken feelings
of yester-days blooming flowers
while we walk in the naked streets-
where hearts are hang up on trees
Let's walk on life's thorny lanes
to feel the pain of yester-years heroes-
see how the sword slit their throats
and their blood rest on history's signpost
Let's taste the delicious meals of joy
and sip from the warm tea of comfort.
let's put on a rainbow smiles
to clad our crinkle cheeks.
Let's clap to the tune of success
as we reckon the days of shambles and crumbles
let's tell the tale to street kids-
of how we fetch water to baskets of hope.
But till tomorrow comes...
Let's keep on trying to
unscramble our life's puzzle.
