Match Of The Unjust Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAC DEFG HIHJ KLKL AMAM

When taxpayers come marching o'er the death of JusticeA
With pennies and dollars staining their hard earned suitsB
And corrupt politicians enforcing their maliceA
And the disenfranchised at their mercy muteC
-
I always see the courtroom where Dad was cursedD
The first of trials that left a bitter tasteE
And watched as they raped justice with their netF
And left the innocent to suffer their disgraceG
-
I always see the gavel's final doomH
And in the corner guilty ones rejoiceI
Their pockets lined escaping their rightful tombH
While victims suffer under unjust lawsJ
-
Where in the silent darkness we all cryK
And hear the echo of inequalityL
And their fat privileged bodies justifyK
The oppression of those fighting to be freeL
-
When magistrates come marching o'er the death of JusticeA
With their greed and power staining their deceitM
Our souls demand accountability and fairnessA
A justice so elusive yet so completeM
