Eons of accumulated merits can be destroyedA
With one time angerB
Practices to become resistant to any situationC
There is no greater deeds than toleranceD

More difficult to cultivate and practiceE
It is tolerance from six perfections ParamitaA
Tolerance is understood only to resist anger butA
It must be perceive as able to stand under any circumstancesF

Something goes wrong embarrassment arisesF
When defamed ignites angerB
Waiting for longtime become less patientA
We will be less persistence in heat coldA

Diligence is a weapon to cultivate toleranceD
To learn something we need to be diligentA
Nothing can be accomplish without hard workG
Learn to be diligent tolerance will followH
