Have confidence to live without fear,
Fear arise from doubt,
To be doubtless & courageous,
The practices are antidotes.

The commoner fear with death,
Still never prepared to face,
Yogis wander around,
Preparing for death without fear.

Practicing is like a fruits ripped on tree,
Slight touch will fall on,
Gear oneself to provide necessary skills,
To be fearless & perfect.
