| In the crevices of my soul it hides | F |
| I long for solace a gentle touch | G |
| But pain persists and it hurts so much | G |

| A shattered dream a love now lost | H |
| In the tempest of grief I'm tempest tossed | H |
| Yet hope persists through endless rain | I |
| That one day I'll heal from this sweetest pain | I |

| When pain knocks and darkness falls | J |
| I'll rise again as my spirit calls | J |
| For within the storm there's strength to find | K |
| And in the broken pieces I'll bind | K |
| But for now pain is my best friend | L |
