| Or sin a densely populated metropolis | F |
| In my mind s eye she is present in this room | L |
| You may think I am talking in my sleep | M |

| She is not the ideal companion for me | E |
| But she is the object of my hallucination | A |
| I am not sulky when she is on my mind | P |

| While I am rendering a soft serenade | S |
| Friends I am alone in a fictitious romance | T |
| It is useless and boring to imagine a woman | A |
