Spanish Lips Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABC DEF GHB ICD

I'm in love with you darling that's what I told youA
The sun was shining through the summerhouseB
Your Spanish lips were as pretty as a red carnationC
-
I love you too that s what you said to meD
You sat down beside me on a wooden benchE
I felt your passionate embrace in the morningF
-
You were wearing a long yellow satin dress with a bowG
And you had a bouquet in your left handH
I looked at you for a while and then I said yesB
-
I ll love and cherish you for the rest of my lifeI
That was the promise we made in the gardenC
And then I kissed your Spanish lips softlyD
