One day Jack saw Kerry in the dormitoryA
She shyly introduced herself to himB
And he couldn t conceal the sexual attractionC
He wanted to start going out with herD
So he pursued what seemed right to himB

Kerry s body aroused him in some wayE
He was seeing another girl who he didn t loveF
And he wanted to know if Kerry loved himB
He accepted her negative reply with equanimityA
Jack s lecherousness led to his displeasureD

She had the right to exercise her free choiceG
But she was an indecisive young ladyA
Kerry was interested in prominence and styleH
Her primary objective was to achieve vanityA
She thought he wouldn t attain high statusI

Jack was a newcomer at the universityA
She knew a little about his backgroundJ
Evidently he didn t own a houseK
And neither did he have an automobileL
He was a victim of class distinctionC

Kerry decided to marry a man who wasn t wealthyA
But there were certain advantagesM
That explains why she wanted to do itN
Surprisingly she invited him to her weddingO
He took the invitation but didn t goP
