Autumn Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBAA CCDEAA AAFFAA GGHHAA IJKKAA

Yes yes I dare say it is soA
And you should be pitied but how could I knowA
Watching alone by the moon lit bayB
But that is past for many a dayB
For the woman that loved died years agoA
Years agoA
-
She had loving eyes with a wistful lookC
In their depths that day and I know you tookC
Her face in your hands and read it o'erD
As if you should never see it moreE
You were right for she died long years agoA
Years agoA
-
Had I trusted you for trust you knowA
Will keep love's fire forever aglowA
Then what would have mattered storm or sunF
But the watching the waiting all is doneF
For the woman that loved died years agoA
Years agoA
-
Yes I think you are constant true and goodG
I am tired and would love you if I couldG
I am tired oh friend tired out and yetH
Can we make sweet morn of the dim sunsetH
The woman that loved died years agoA
Years agoA
-
Not a pulse of my heart is stirred by youI
No even your tears cannot move me nowJ
So leave me alone what is said is saidK
What boots your prayers she is dead is deadK
The woman you loved long years agoA
Years agoA
