| As you blow through apple blossoms | B |
| Scatter me in shining petals over the passers by | C |
| Joyously I reunite sway and gather to myself | D |
| Sedately I walk by the dancing feet of children | E |
| Not knowing I too dance over the cobbled spring | F |
| O but they laugh back at me | G |
| Eyes like daisies smiling wide open | E |
| And we both look askance at the snowed in people | H |
| Thinking me one of them | I |
