Winter Walk Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABBCCADEDEFB

The holly bush a sober lump of greenA
Shines through the leafless shrubs all brown and greyB
And smiles at winter be it eer so keenA
With all the leafy luxury of MayB
And O it is delicious when the dayB
In winter's loaded garment keenly blowsC
And turns her back on sudden falling snowsC
To go where gravel pathways creep betweenA
Arches of evergreen that scarce let throughD
A single feather of the driving stormE
And in the bitterest day that ever blewD
The walk will find some places still and warmE
Where dead leaves rustle sweet and give alarmF
To little birds that flirt and start awayB
