To The Ivy. Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDCDEFEFEE

Dark creeping Ivy with thy berries brownA
That fondly twists' on ruins all thine ownB
Old spire points studding with a leafy crownA
Which every minute threatens to dethroneB
With fearful eye I view thy height sublimeC
And oft with quicker step retreat from thenceD
Where thou in weak defiance striv'st with TimeC
And holdst his weapons in a dread suspenseD
But bloom of ruins thou art dear to meE
When far from danger's way thy gloomy prideF
Wreathes picturesque around some ancient treeE
That bows his branches by some fountain sideF
Then sweet it is from summer suns to beE
With thy green darkness overshadowing meE
