To Mary Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDCD EFEFGAGA HIJIKALA

I sleep with thee and wake with theeA
And yet thou art not thereB
I fill my arms with thoughts of theeA
And press the common airB
Thy eyes are gazing upon mineC
When thou art out of sightD
My lips are always touching thineC
At morning noon and nightD
-
I think and speak of other thingsE
To keep my mind at restF
But still to thee my memory clingsE
Like love in woman's breastF
I hide it from the world's wide eyeG
And think and speak contraryA
But soft the wind comes from the skyG
And whispers tales of MaryA
-
The night wind whispers in my earH
The moons shines in my faceI
A burden still of chilling fearJ
I find in every placeI
The breeze is whispering in the bushK
And the dews fall from the treeA
All sighing on and will not hushL
Some pleasant tales of theeA
