To Jane Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABACAC DEDFACAC GHGIAHAH AJAJAKAL

The lark's in the sky loveA
The flowers on the leaB
The whitethorn's in bloom loveA
To please thee and meB
'Neath its shade we can rest loveA
And sit on the hillC
And as last we met loveA
Enjoy the Spring stillC
-
The Spring is for loversD
The Spring is for joyE
O'er the moor where the ploversD
Whirr startled and cryF
We'll seek the white hawthorn loveA
And sit on the hillC
In the sweet sunny morn loveA
We'll be lovers stillC
-
Where the partridge is crakingG
From morning to e'enH
In the wheat lands awakingG
The sprouts young and greenI
Where the brook dribbles past loveA
Down the willowy glenH
And as we met last loveA
Be lovers againH
-
The lark's in the grass loveA
A building her nestJ
And the brook's running fast loveA
'Neath the carrion crow's nestJ
There the wild woodbines twine loveA
And till the day's goneK
Sun's set and stars shine loveA
I'll call thee my ownL
