Secret Love Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCAA CCAADDEE FFDDGEHI

I hid my love when young till IA
Couldn't bear the buzzing of a flyA
I hid my love to my despiteB
Till I could not bear to look at lightB
I dare not gaze upon her faceC
But left her memory in each placeC
Where eer I saw a wild flower lieA
I kissed and bade my love good byeA
-
I met her in the greenest dellsC
Where dewdrops pearl the wood blue bellsC
The lost breeze kissed her bright blue eyeA
The bee kissed and went singing byA
A sunbeam found a passage thereD
A gold chain round her neck so fairD
As secret as the wild bee's songE
She lay there all the summer longE
-
I hid my love in field and townF
Till een the breeze would knock me downF
The bees seemed singing ballads oerD
The fly's bass turned a lion's roarD
And even silence found a tongueG
To haunt me all the summer longE
The riddle nature could not proveH
Was nothing else but secret loveI
