A Wish. Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDCDEEFGFG

Be where I may when Death brings in his billA
Demanding payment for life's ling'ring debtB
Or in my native village nestling stillA
Or tracing scenes I've never known as yetB
O let one wish go where I will be mineC
To turn me back and wander home to dieD
'Mong nearest friends my latest breath resignC
And in the church yard with my kindred lieD
'Neath the thick shaded sycamore's decayE
Its broad leaves trembling to the breeze of dayE
To see its shadow o'er my ashes waveF
How soothing will it be while hovering nearG
My unseen spirit haunts its daisied graveF
Pausing on scenes in life once lov'd so dearG
