| He is always there to deliver | B |

| All these he does for a small fee | C |
| And his tanker moves away in quivers | D |

| Have you noticed they are always elderly | C |
| Long years of watery services tendered | E |
| They wake up each day so early | C |
| To be sure our water needs are rendered | E |

| When next you see him a smile will do | F |
| He helps the state and earns no pension | G |
| Small tips he gets from me and you | F |
| Can get him a retirement small mansion | G |
