Now it's just however you pleases | D |

There was a time when we held together closely | E |
And cuddled like parting wouldn't be so hurting | F |
Those times | D |
When we used to make similar rhymes | D |

But now our love is gone | G |
And what we have is dry laugh undone | H |
Because what used to lead us blinded us to insincerity | B |
And now we're too torn apart from reality | B |
