Fairy Tale Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: A B C D E F F F G H I J I K

Rockets drizzle in the yellow sunshineA
-
What a mask like throng in the old parkB
-
Landscapes are mirrored in the gray skyC
-
And sometimes one hears the faun scream dreadfullyD
-
Its golden grin appears garishly in the groveE
-
In cresses the bumblebees' thick of battle clamorsF
-
A rider trots past on a sallow white horseF
-
The poplars glow in vague rowsF
-
The little girl who drowned in the pond todayG
-
Rests as a saint in the bleak roomH
-
And a glimmer of clouds often blinds herI
-
The old people go into the hothouse dully and illJ
-
And water their flowers which witherI
-
At the gate voices whisper dream confusedK
