Even butterflies know they have to
Shake and crack their cocoon
To break off.
Even the little chicks know they must
Shake and crack their shells,
They must learn to survive and conquer
Kicking their way through the broken shells.
Even babies know they must kick their mother in the womb
To see another world,
They know that life is tough like a fight.
They must walk on burns and thorns
Because fate is not as sweet as buttered bread.
No man who is weak can win the love
Of a fair lady.
They must climb on a tall tree
To see a better world.
One can do better than
Watching like spectators.
