Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFEGHIJKLMMHNO

Even butterflies know they have toA
Shake and crack their cocoonB
To break offC
Even the little chicks know they mustD
Shake and crack their shellsE
They must learn to survive and conquerF
Kicking their way through the broken shellsE
Even babies know they must kick their mother in the wombG
To see another worldH
They know that life is tough like a fightI
They must walk on burns and thornsJ
Because fate is not as sweet as buttered breadK
No man who is weak can win the loveL
Of a fair ladyM
They must climb on a tall treeM
To see a better worldH
One can do better thanN
Watching like spectatorsO
