The Street Life Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEF GHIIJ KLMNOP QRSTF UVWXY

Life is goodA
But not in the streetsB
There air is so coldC
That you can't like itD
The rooms wide openE
No roof no doors no windowpaneF
-
That is what it meansG
You sleep on the floorsH
Not really floors but just hard surfacesI
Across the roads or any placesI
Near the streams of waterJ
-
They call it lifeK
But what of the smellL
It isn't pleasantM
How can it pleaseN
From vehicle fumes sewage and garbageO
And much of it affect the lungsP
-
What of the foodQ
Yes we eat with no choice Both fresh fruits and much of dumpedR
We call it a mealS
Just a titleT
With no doubt and strainF
-
But why the richU
They can't make us reachV
The best meals they eatW
All they can is to dump it fastX
Yes we appreciate but why can't they give it freshY
