Rhyme Scheme: ABCDB EFDGH AIJKL LKLMN LOKPK QRSTU

I wish I had the powerA
To rebuke what is evilB
To replace with what is rightC
And have all at peaceD
At all human levelB
-
O see the works of menE
Look at the leadersF
All they sing is peaceD
But no peace be seenG
But at all times they winH
-
I wish I had powerA
To overthrow all the kingdomsI
For lazy kings to have a restJ
To learn how to lead a familyK
Then to claim to lead a nationL
-
I say this because the song is getting commonL
Our aim to have a state of peace stable and unityK
But where can we find oneL
When the few are getting oldM
They have no future aheadN
-
-
I wish they could listenL
And heed the little voiceO
To mind the needyK
And heal the broken ruleP
To have all at libertyK
-
-
The ambitions of the little orphansQ
To be catered every timeR
Although the world financial slopeS
It can't all along the globeT
May it find a little ear and live in a human soulU
