I praise the lord
For favor, I live
Some friends I had, many are gone
It doesn't please, but thanks I give
Till I rest
I will live to rejoice
The gift of life, the best ever won
My God is good, He heals the desperate
He did it well, to heal my wound
When friends departed
And the journey complicated
He had to come, to have it solved
He hold my hand, as we crossed the bridge
Oh! The bridge so weak
That we nearly sank, deep in the water
But the power he had, he made it strong
By word of mouth
And all was fine.
