What's written is written | E |
The afterthoughts like medicine after death | Q |
Never would upturn the words uttered | R |
This marks the beginning of the end and obliteration | E |
Of beautiful legacies which would've outlived him | S |

Poet's note: "Quod autem scriptum est" - What is written is written - were the words of Pontius Pilate to the Chief Priests on their complaint over the inscription on Jesus' cross. The poem by this title talks about the power in spoken words and the need to say what we mean and mean what we say because there is power in spoken words.
