Yes Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAB CDCD EFEF GHGH BIBI

MY SOUL is raying like a starA
My heart is happier than a birdB
And all to hear through fortune s jarA
One promissory wordB
-
A sound as simple as the lowC
Quick sliding gurgle of a rillD
And yet with power to overflowC
A world with blissful willD
-
I feel as though the very airE
Was breathen from the heart of LoveF
As Pleasure in the sun s bright lairE
Sat brooding like a doveF
-
A billow of the sunny seaG
A cloudlet of the summer skyH
How wide is their felicityG
So widely blest am IH
-
O Beauty through one little wordB
What boundless power is thine to blessI
O Love a seraph s voice is heardB
In thy confiding YesI
