Sonnet Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis
Rhyme Scheme: ABBAACCADEDEED| SHE loves me From her own bliss breathing lips | A |
| The live confession came like rich perfume | B |
| From crimson petals bursting into bloom | B |
| And still my heart at the remembrance skips | A |
| Like a young lion and my tongue too trips | A |
| As drunk with joy while every object seen | C |
| In life s diurnal round wears in its mien | C |
| A clear assurance that no doubts eclipse | A |
| And if the common things of nature now | D |
| Are like old faces flushed with new delight | E |
| Much more the consciousness of that rich vow | D |
| Deepens the beauteous and refines the bright | E |
| While throned I seem on love s divinest height | E |
| Mid all the glories glowing round its brow | D |
