| Of Pathos these with all of which they be | A |
| Idealisms are of Poesy | A |
| The bodily temple into fitness hewn | B |
| And for its Soul all that the mind can seize | A |
| Of beauty harmonising with the might | C |
| Of natural ties and social sympathies | A |
| And that deep spirit of Piety whose flight | C |
| Is strongest and most heavenward mid the blight | C |
| Of mortal misery its Soul are these | A |
