My Political Belief Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABBAABBCBCCB

O LIBERTY yet build thee an augustA
And best abode in this most virgin climeB
The Old World yet power trampled to the dustA
Hath never known thee in thy perfect primeB
Seeing all Rule which at a given timeB
Expires not as reposed in Public TrustA
And thence renewable but by Suffrage mustA
Against thee in its nature be a crimeB
Seeing that all not privileged to nameB
Their governors and more to govern tooC
Choosing or chosen but live unto thy blameB
That all are slaves in act who may not doC
Whate er is virtuous and in spirit whoC
Believing aught dare not avow the sameB
