Ally Fred Step Poems
- 1. Almost Done
A thousand miles didn't start with a step
but a mastered thought.
Created and planned,
- 2. Before This Time
No morning to brand beautiful,
nor a day fruitful.
Long nights of terror,
with every dream a living horror.
- 3. On My Way
I'll soon be there with you,
And this solitary shall end.
Believe me this is true,
Just hold on to the kind.
- 4. Far Away
If the science worked out, I'd go back,
when I'd smile at the stars and enjoy the moon.
I'd revive the remnants of me,
that are buried deep down in the sea.
- 5. Dear Dad
I'm certain words can't equate,
with what you are and what you made.
You'd give all of us not just a plate,
but hope and dreams that'd never fade.
- 6. The Voice In My Heart
In an introspect moment,
Of a clueless and empty thought,
I closed my open eyes,
And gazed at the heavens,
- 7. The Me In You
Each step is a last one to take,
Every hope is hazy and blank.
In between a rock and a hard place,
Where faith and confidence are scarce.
- 8. At Crossroads
It was a long wearisome walk
Alone without someone to talk
The legs entirely exhausted
The throat extremely thirsted
- 9. The Voice Of Parity
It riles listening to who's better than the other talks,
Everyone's supports their arguments and theories,
Some even quote verses from scriptures.
