| The earth is defiled by its inhabitants | K |
| they have all disobeyed the laws | J |
| and broken its everlasting convenants | J |
| the land is under a strong divine spell | L |

| The crowd are flogged and expell | L |
| And very few are left behind atilt | M |
| All wines and minerals sour | E |
| The bottle has fallen the drunkard | M |

| We moan our city in desolate | M |
| The gate of our countries barred | M |
| Horses and sheep halt their blate | M |
| Their owner has left grasses ungarnered | M |
| Men that flew from sound of terror | E |
| Have been drowned into a deep pit | M |
| The earth is shakened in great horror | E |
| it sways like a cottage loosing its sit | M |
| The lord almighty in wrath has reprove | N |
