Rhyme Scheme: ABCD EFEF GHGH IJ

Thin like a smallish serpentA
Yellowish and paly longB
Created for us all to repentC
Of our sausy tongueD
-
It's whips so horribleE
For a disobedient mindF
It's strokes do terribleE
Than a tiger's bite kindF
-
Your whips make us cryG
As your strokes reach our backH
Just because we always tryG
To emulate a goat's trackH
-
Oh Teach me to learn soI
I can rebel my teacher's rodJ
