Sonnet 043: When Most I Wink, Then Do Mine Eyes Best See Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABBCBCBBBBAA

When most I wink then do mine eyes best seeA
For all the day they view things unrespectedB
But when I sleep in dreams they look on theeA
And darkly bright are bright in dark directedB
Then thou whose shadow shadows doth make brightB
How would thy shadow's form form happy showC
To the clear day with thy much clearer lightB
When to unseeing eyes thy shade shines soC
How would I say mine eyes be bless egrave d madeB
By looking on thee in the living dayB
When in dead night thy fair imperfect shadeB
Through heavy sleep on sightless eyes doth stayB
All days are nights to see till I see theeA
And nights bright days when dreams do show thee meA
