The Spring Storm Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHAIJKLMENO

The sky has given overA
its bitternessB
Out of the dark changeC
all day longD
rain falls and fallsE
as if it would never endF
Still the snow keepsG
its hold on the groundH
But water waterA
from a thousand runnelsI
It collects swiftlyJ
dappled with blackK
cuts a way for itselfL
through green ice in the guttersM
Drop after drop it fallsE
from the withered grass stemsN
of the overhanging embankmentO
