Someone embraces meA
Someone looks at me with the eyes of a wolfB
Someone takes off his hatC
So I can see him betterD

Everyone asks meA
Do you know how I'm related to youE
-
Unknown old men and womenF
Appropriate the namesG
Of young men and women from my memoryA

I ask one of themH
Tell me for God's sakeI
Is George the Wolf still livingJ

That's me he answersK
With a voice from the next worldL

I touch his cheek with my handM
And beg him with my eyesN
To tell me if I'm living tooE
