The Rose Of Midnight Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEFE GHIH AJKJ CLML

The moon is now an opening flowerA
The sky a cliff of blueB
The moon is now a silver roseC
Her pollen is the dewB
-
Her pollen is the mist that swingsD
Across her face of dreamsE
Her pollen is the April rainF
Filling the April streamsE
-
Her pollen is eternal lifeG
Endless ambrosial foamH
It feeds the swarming stars and fillsI
Their hearts with honeycombH
-
The earth is but a passion flowerA
With blood upon his crownJ
And what shall fill his failing veinsK
And lift his head bowed downJ
-
This cup of peace this silver roseC
Bending with fairy breathL
Shall lift that passion flower the earthM
A million times from DeathL
