Sweetheart Autumn Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEFEGHIH

The woods were black and crimsonA
The frost bit flowers were deadB
But Sweetheart Indian Summer cameC
With love winds round her headB
While fruits God given and splendidD
Belonged to her domainE
Baskets of corn in perfect earF
And grapes with purple stainE
The treacherous winds persuaded herG
Spring Love was in the woodH
Altho' the end of love was hersI
Fruition MotherhoodH
